Founder & CEO
Driven by my passion to create a more inclusive and supportive community, I founded Pulse Care Solutions to make a real difference in the field of disability Support. With a background as a Local Area Coordinator for the NDIS and over 16 years of industry experience across all aspects of the disability support sector, I understand the challenges families face and am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to thrive.
Linda Weliwatta
Co Founder & Operations Manager
I am the Operations Manager at Pulse Care Solutions, with over 12 years of experience and relevant qualifications in the disability support sector. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services and supporting individuals with disability to live with dignity, choice, and independence.
My focus is on ensuring strong operational systems, well-supported staff, and consistent, compassionate care for participants and their families. I take pride in contributing to an inclusive and values-driven organisation that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives.
